Brief: To create a high profile PR event at the V&A Museum of Childhood to celebrate the launch of Pampers’ new brand positioning “Love, Sleep & Play” and to announce the new step-change and strategic partnership with NCT.
Insight: Everyone loves to reconnect with their inner child.
Idea: To tell the story of “Love, Sleep and Play” using one of the museum’s key features, the ceiling, as a canvas to project a beautiful light and music show on arrival. We wanted to immerse the guests into the magical world of being a child again with fun illustrations, animations and memorable lullabies.
Execution: The specific requirements of the event and the layout of the venue challenged us to optimise the space we had. We created a multi-functional platform by covering the center information desk. The focal point would be a giant yellow heart, representing the Pampers logo, which would double up as a video wall and divider. The social area would be on one side of the heart. Behind it would be stage and seating.
The middle of the platform could be filled with coloured plastic balls to create a ball pit.
